• We thank you for your patronage and welcome you to our E-Commerce portal, namely, www.sonalsjewellery.com.
• The purpose of www.sonalsjewellery.com is to retail jewellery products under the name of brands 'Sonal's Bijoux' and 'Adawna'.
• This website is owned by Cresco International Pvt. Ltd. which is a company registered in Mumbai, India. Cresco International and its Directors own & control the brands 'Sonal's Bijoux' and 'Adawna' under whose names all the products on this website are sold.
• All invoices for the products sold, will be in the name of Cresco International Pvt. Ltd., which is the legal entity undertaking sales on www.sonalsjewellery.com
• By using our website, irrespective of purchases made & registration done or not, you clearly state your acceptance of our 'Terms & Conditions' and are hereby bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms then please leave the website immediately.
• Terms such as 'We', 'Us' & 'Our' refer to Cresco International Pvt. Ltd. unless indications & clear context to the contrary.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment Options

We offer multiple payment options, which include Online & Offline (for Domestic Sales/Sales within India).

Online

Customers using Indian payment options can make payment for their purchases with Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking etc using CCAvenue as their payment gateway. International payment options can be processed through PayPal. It is the responsibility of the buyer to follow instructions and examples given on the website to select the correct payment gateway. In case of any confusion the buyer must contact us at customercare@sonalsjewellery.com to clear any doubts he/she may have.

Offline

Domestic customers can make offline payments though cheque or cash deposit. Customers making offline payment should first contact us on customer.care@sonalsjewellery.com and confirm his/her payment modalities in advance. Payments made vie Cheque or Cash deposit into the Bank account of Cresco International Pvt. Ltd. have to be made in one single instalment. Multiple cheques and cash deposits will not be accounted as payment against your order and any charges and/or penalties borne in reversing such payments will be charged to the buyer. Also the cheque payment must be made from the bank account of the person whose registered account with www.sonalsjewellery.com is being used to place the order. Cheques from other persons will not be accounted as payment against the order placed.

Payment and Sale Completion

Sale of any order will said to be complete only once we have received full payment for your purchase. Only upon completion of sale will the order be processed.

EMI

Certain Credit Card companies provide EMI facility to their customers. This option will be available to you while making payment for your purchase.

International Duties/Taxes/Levies

International buyers bear the responsibility for enquiring about any local duties/taxes/levies/restrictions etc that may be applicable to the goods entering their country. As the seller we bear no responsibility for the above-mentioned or any other contingencies.

International Payment Charges/Conversions

All International transactions will be charged a ‘Transaction Facility Charge’ of 1.75% on the total of the product value and the shipping & delivery charges but after adjusting gift card amount if any. Despite our best attempts, the cost of executing international currency transactions is very high. This has forced us to levy the above charge on all international transactions. Should this change in the future, we will be more than happy to reduce or remove this charge.

International currency transactions can often lead to multiple currency conversions. Eg. Rupee amount getting converted to US Dollars which in turn getting converted into Euro etc. Cresco International Pvt. Ltd. in no way has any control over this. Unfortunately, this can and does sometimes lead to a slightly higher charge being billed to the customer. As this is a function of payment gateways and how international trade and currency transactions function; like you we are also passive bystanders in this process

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We do our best to provide you with as detailed a description of our products as possible. To help you make an informed decision we provide photos as well as physical description of the relevant characteristics of our products. While we do our best to ensure 100% accuracy in these details, minor variations due to practical considerations may occur. Cresco International Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for these minor variations if and when they occur. It is and will continue to remain our endeavour to keep our customers well informed so they are able to make well informed purchase decisions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• We provide free delivery/shipping on all items within India barring returns or extraordinary circumstances. We reserve the right to change these terms without notice any time in the future. As for international shipments, the cost of shipping varies with the country being shipped to.
• Shipping time depends on the complexity of the product but it is generally around 12 working days for products like Earrings & Rings. Bangles & Necklaces may take a little longer. For your knowledge and convenience, an estimated 'Ships By' date is mentioned on the product details page. While we always try to ship your order by the 'Ships By' date, certain contingencies can cause minor changes to the shipping date. Despite our endeavour to ship goods on the 'ships by' date, Cresco International Pvt. Ltd. is not liable in any way for shipping goods ahead or behind schedule.
• Barring remote areas and unforeseen circumstances delivery all over India is completed in 5 working days, sometimes even less. While we try to be as accurate as possible, due to factors outside our control all delivery schedules are estimates and are open to minor variations. International delivery times vary from country to country, although in our experience delivery is completed within 10-12 days from the date of dispatch.
• Our domestic logistics team makes 3 attempts at different times on different days to complete delivery. The delivery is completed after obtaining proper identification from the person receiving the product. Standard delivery protocols are followed by our international logistics partners.
• All goods will be fully insured by us until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe. Transit insurance is valid till the time/point of delivery. If domestic buyers have any objections to the goods being delivered to them then they must decline delivery of the good and state their valid reasons. Once accepted the insurance on the goods lapses and the order is said to be complete.
• We provide International Shipping. We ship to 25 countries spread all over the globe. If you are not located in the countries that we ship to, don’t worry. Simply write in to us before purchasing to check if your country can be serviced. If our logistics partners are able to deliver to you, we will send a special quotation to you for the amount you will be charged for delivery to your address. We also give you the option of placing your order even if your delivery address is outside our coverage area. In this case your order status is kept as 'pending' until we can confirm our ability to deliver to your desired address. Having done so, your order amount will be updated with the custom delivery charges to your selected address. You can at this point complete payment for your order is you so wish.

• Please note that international buyers are liable for any customs/government duties and/or taxes or any other charges or contingencies incurred beyond Indian borders. Cresco International Pvt. Ltd. will in no way be responsible for the same.

Shipping & Delivery Details

Indian Buyers

The buyer who is registered with us has to clearly state the address where the delivery of the purchased goods is to be made. If the delivery address is different from the registered address of the user then the delivery address has to be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout, along with the name of the person to whom the delivery is being made. The person receiving delivery has to provide valid identification before receiving delivery of the product. Recipient accepting delivery should not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is damaged or empty. The recipients receiving the delivery must open the package and check its contents prior to accepting the delivery or signing the delivery receipt. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier company shall try and deliver the item at least twice (Domestic Orders) before returning the same to us. All costs for return as well as re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the Member shall be chargeable to the Member. Only once these dues are met the product can be re-shipped to the buyer. If the buyer refuses to pay these charges the order will be considered forfeit. Delivery guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency in name or address or unavailability of recipient will result in non delivery of the product.

International Buyers

Standard delivery protocols will be followed by our international logistics partners. Failure of delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address or unavailability of the recipient will result in the order being forfeited, unless return shipping as well as reshipping charges as decided by us are paid in full by the buyer.

PROMOTIONS

• Multiple promotions cannot be used in combination of any kind.
• All promotions are at our sole discretion and can we withdrawn or denied at any point of time without any prior notice.
• All promotions are time bound and any purchase made after the period of the promotion will not be given the benefit of the said promotion. Any technical glitch or oversight or human error which allows a buyer the benefit of a promotion beyond its designated period and degree/extent will be considered void and no such benefit will be extended to the buyer.
• For a promotion to be applied the sale must be completed within the promotion period. A sale is considered complete only when full payment for the purchases has been made and received by us.

Gift Cards

We provide Gift Cards in increments of Rs.5000/-, starting from Rs.5,000/- up to Rs.50,000/-. All our Gift certificates come with a validity of 6 months from date of purchase. An expired gift card cannot be redeemed or re-validated. Once a gift card is purchased it cannot be redeemed in any other way except against a purchase. A gift card used against a purchase whose value is less than that of the gift certificate will be deemed used and the excess amount will be forfeit. We thus advise you to select the amount of the gift card carefully and use it on a purchase that is greater than or equal to in value to the gift card. Only a single gift card can be used against a purchase. This purchase can contain multiple items. The Gift Card will be mailed to your registered email address and the recipient email address entered by you. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the recipient email address is correctly entered and that delivery of the gift card has been completed to the same. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to inform us in case the gift card has not been delivered to either email address.

Contact

The details provided by you at the time of registration, such as but not limited to Email ID, Phone Number, Address etc. can and may be used to contact you for promotions, product launches and other communication activities related to our brands. It is always our endeavour to communicate meaningfully with our customer and not to spam them with constant messages.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

All orders can only be placed after completing multiple steps, which include review of order and confirmation of payment. Orders once placed are considered final and will not be cancelled and payment made against purchase of product will not be refunded under any circumstances.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is a simple one and is valid only for purchases made & deliverable in India.

Indian Buyers

• A return can only be initiated if the product is found damaged on arrival.
• In case the buyer finds that the parcel brought by the courier company is damaged. He/She must refuse to accept delivery and state the damaged nature of the packaging and/or goods as the reason for the same. The buyer must clearly indicate the damage to the packaging/goods to the courier agent.
• Once the buyer accepts the parcel, they imply that the goods have been received by them in proper condition and order is considered complete.
• In case of a damaged product being received, the buyer must immediately send a mail to customer.care@sonalsjewellery.com and state the details of the order as well as the damage sustained by the goods.
• Our team will immediately take up the matter with the courier company and upon verifying the buyers claim, will arrange for a replacement to be sent to the buyer as soon as possible, at no additional cost to the buyer. Should the buyer be desirous of a refund at this stage, the same will be processed for them.
• If goods get returned due to incorrect/incomplete address being provided, unavailability of person for receipt of goods at given address or due to any other fault of the buyer then the order will be considered forfeit unless the buyer pays for the return shipping from their address to our facility as well as re-shipping charges for the sending the goods back to their address.
• The buyer can request re-delivery of goods in case of failed delivery due to above-mentioned reasons for up to 1 month from date of return of goods (this is the date when we email and inform you of the delivery failure).
• No Return facility is available to International Buyers.

Return Credit

If circumstances arise that in our opinion warrant a return of money to the buyer, then a cheque will be issued by Cresco International Pvt. Ltd. for the amount deemed appropriate by us and in favour of the individual deemed appropriate by us.

Registration

All Users will be required to register on the Website and become Members prior to the completion of any transaction / purchase on the Website To register on the Website the User will have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy) and choose a user name and password. Registration is only a one time process and if the Member has previously registered, he shall login / sign into his / her account. You may be required to provide us with your name and other details, including but not limited to, e-mail, contact number, contact address etc, which may be used for verification purposes.

Technical Terms

Every industry has technical aspects that are known within the industry but are not noted as points of interest outside the Industry, especially among consumers. But in the interest of maximum disclosure we at Cresco International believe in making such disclosures under this section:

• In the case of our Silver Jewellery it has been our experience that in the case of certain load bearing parts especially in the case of heavy items; Silver proves to be too weak to maintain its structural integrity while supporting the weight of the jewellery. To thus ensure that such parts can take the strain of the jewellery structure, we use a mixed metal to create such parts. This mixed metal has the required strength to ensure structural integrity of the entire piece of jewellery. At no point does this reduce the net Silver weight of our jewellery below 90% purity.
• Unlike its use on Gold, regular Rhodium polish when used on Silver produces a marginally duller and notably less durable effect. To counteract this, we use a special metal layer to provide a base coat for the Rhodium polish. Doing so provides the Silver jewellery the necessary shine and durability in terms of the lasting effect of the Rhodium polish.

ANY ACTION, SUIT, OR OTHER LEGAL PROCEEDING, WHICH IS COMMENCED TO RESOLVE ANY MATTER ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THIS LETTER, SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS AT MUMBAI.

CRESCO INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.’S RIGHT TO OBTAIN SUCH RELIEF SHALL NOT LIMIT ITS RIGHT TO OBTAIN OTHER REMEDIES.
